Use this utility to send email reminders to suppliers that have not yet acknowledged receipt of their RFQs.
E-mails are sent only to suppliers that have unacknowledged RFQs showing in the RFQ Acknowledgments Utility.
Questions & Options
1.Since suppliers will need some time to acknowledge RFQs, you can enter number of days (grace period) since the document date (the date the RFQ was originally processed) to consider for email reminders. Any unacknowledged RFQs that were originally processed within this window are skipped.
