Description

DUNS Number for your company

•Your DUNS number is a unique identifier for your organization

•This can be overridden on a supplier-by-supplier basis using the setting "Your Identity", in the [PunchOut] Tab of the Supplier Master File.

Country code for your company

•Enter your Country Code.

URL of YOUR web server for Punch Out

•Enter the URL to your internal PunchOut website. This is the URL that the shopping cart contents will be returned to when you checkout from supplier’s on-line store (e.g. http://SpendMapPunchOut/cgi-bin/palmasoi.exe).

Include supplier class in PunchOut link description

•This can be used to display supplier classification information in the PunchOut links  that are displayed when entering POs and Requisitions, to help users decide which supplier to Punch-Out to.

•For example, you might have a supplier classification as "Office Supplies" which, when included in the PunchOut link description, makes it obvious what that PunchOut supplier is used for.

•The classification will be included in brackets to the right of the supplier's name. For example...
